Wendy Weinberg Beaudin, as a Creative Operations Consultant, played a pivotal role in guiding Arbonne International's cross-functional teams through a significant packaging artwork process improvement initiative. Her scope involved streamlining workflows, enhancing communication between departments, and implementing best practices to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of the packaging artwork process. This included tasks such as identifying bottlenecks, introducing new tools or technologies, and ensuring that all teams were aligned with the new processes to achieve better results and faster turnaround times.
As Director, Packaging Artwork Operations, Wendy led her team in overseeing the creative operations for 11 distinct brands across two L’Oréal USA business units: LUXE and Professional Skincare. Under her leadership, the team consistently delivered compliant artwork efficiently, maintaining the highest standards of excellence reflecting the unique identity and prestige of L’Oréal’s diverse portfolio.
